Diamond Grading: Words of Caution
It's important to understand the diamond grading system described here, but use this knowledge with caution! Since the grading process is subjective, make sure the grading jeweler has the requisite education, proper equipment, and grades to proper standards. Tallmon's grades all diamonds to the standards of GIA, the world's foremost authority in gemology, so you are assured grading is accurate. When selecting a certified stone (graded independently), make sure it's certified by a reliable and reputable organization such as GIA or AGS.
